Cedar Bay Residence is a mission-driven nonprofit community focused on one outcome that matters most, long term stability. We develop safe, inclusive, affordable housing and pair it with coordinated services that help residents navigate daily life, reduce barriers, and move forward with confidence.

Our model is designed to be practical and resident-centered. Alongside housing, we connect people to supportive services, transportation access, and wellness-focused programming. That may include housing navigation, case management, resource referrals, workforce and education pathways, and community programs that strengthen families and neighborhood connections.
